Is circumcision a religious ruling and a legal duty?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The answer is simply no.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is not a legal ruling,<\/strong><\/p>\n

And it is not legislation of the Islamic religion at all.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It was not revealed in any divine book in what was previously revealed<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is Jewish legislation.<\/strong><\/p>\n

And entered into Islamic culture,<\/strong><\/p>\n

and inserted in the references<\/strong><\/p>\n

It came through the practices<\/strong><\/p>\n

of primitive African tribes<\/strong><\/p>\n

And spread there, and reached what is called<\/strong><\/p>\n

countries in North Africa, Islamic countries<\/strong><\/p>\n

Of course, when we say circumcision,<\/strong><\/p>\n

We mean male and female circumcision.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This circumcision spread in<\/strong><\/p>\n

The whole Islamic world as a whole.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Whereas if we came to the Qur\u2019an<\/strong><\/p>\n

and followed it from its beginning to its end.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We do not find nor any text that legalizes circumcision.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Neither male nor female.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This indicates that circumcision<\/strong><\/p>\n

Something that came from outside the Qur’an.<\/strong><\/p>\n

And the fundamentalist rule in the Islamic religion says…<\/strong><\/p>\n

… the origin of things is permissibility,<\/strong><\/p>\n

Except what the Quranic text stated is forbidden.<\/strong><\/p>\n

And in exchange for this rule, too. Says:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nothing is expensive except by Sharia.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In other words,<\/strong><\/p>\n

no person has the right to require exercise of a certain behavior,<\/strong><\/p>\n

in a religious legal obligation except by a Quranic text.<\/strong><\/p>\n

These two rules are the mayor<\/strong><\/p>\n

of Islamic jurisprudence.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Any person wants to prohibit<\/strong><\/p>\n

what God has permitted,<\/strong><\/p>\n

He is obligated to come up with<\/strong><\/p>\n

a Quranic text stating the prohibition.<\/strong><\/p>\n

And any person who wants to require<\/strong><\/p>\n

a religious legally certain behavior.<\/strong><\/p>\n

he is obligated to come up with a legislative text<\/strong><\/p>\n

stipulates that this provision is obligatory.<\/strong><\/p>\n

And since circumcision as a request for practice<\/strong><\/p>\n

does not have a Quranic text that requires it to be practiced<\/strong><\/p>\n

So, It is therefore not a religious ruling.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rather, it is a rule that came from<\/strong><\/p>\n

outside the Quranic circle.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It means that it is not a religious ruling.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It came through Jewish practices<\/strong><\/p>\n

And from primitive African tribes, as is well known.<\/strong><\/p>\n

So permission for circumcision is not a legal ruling.<\/strong><\/p>\n

What came in the novels, is<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tucked on Islamic culture.<\/strong><\/p>\n

That circumcision is from the ten instincts<\/strong><\/p>\n

It comes under ten matters of instinct<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is tucked between these things.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tenth of instinct, it means<\/strong><\/p>\n

Human practices and behaviors<\/strong><\/p>\n

without the need for guidance and education<\/strong><\/p>\n

as a storytelling Nails, hair and cleanliness.<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you notice these innate things<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is related to things developing in the body<\/strong><\/p>\n

Of course, a person is upset<\/strong><\/p>\n

Or things related to hygiene.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Also, the human being by nature exercises it.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As for circumcision, where does it come down ?!<\/strong><\/p>\n

No it is a developing thing, you can remove it.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nor is it something related to hygiene.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is a surgical work.<\/strong><\/p>\n

And if it was, perhaps, a small surgical operation,<\/strong><\/p>\n

But it is a surgical work.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It results in blood, it causes severe pain.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is impossible for this action to be<\/strong><\/p>\n

innate behavior since ancient times<\/strong><\/p>\n

And many incidents that occurred<\/strong><\/p>\n

as a result of this shameful act.<\/strong><\/p>\n

From infections,<\/strong><\/p>\n

Of amputation For a big part<\/strong><\/p>\n

Of the genital organ.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sometimes cases lead to death.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The motive for this circumcision among the Jews<\/strong><\/p>\n

And some African tribes<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is religious or sexual.<\/strong><\/p>\n

To curb sexual arousal when male or female.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Therefore, there is no circumcision for males<\/strong><\/p>\n

Or females in the Qur’an, absolutely.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is a ruling that came from outside the Qur’an.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Lord of the worlds created man in a correction<\/strong><\/p>\n

like he said:<\/strong><\/p>\n

“We created man in the perfect creation”<\/strong><\/p>\n

God does not Almighty created something is a plus.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Until a person amputates it.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Or modify what God has created.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is an attack on the human body.<\/strong><\/p>\n

And change to the creation of God Almighty.<\/strong><\/p>\n

So, circumcision, the basic principle is that there is<\/strong><\/p>\n

no legal ruling, as it is outside the circle of religion.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Therefore, it is discussed in a section,<\/strong><\/p>\n

Is it from injustice and assault on the human body or not?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Indeed, it is an injustice, aggression<\/strong><\/p>\n

and violence against the human race<\/strong><\/p>\n

It causes many pain both<\/strong><\/p>\n

physically and psychologically<\/strong><\/p>\n

And it causes a loss in the process of sexual relations<\/strong><\/p>\n

between the two parties, as is well known in the science.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Therefore, it is classified under<\/strong><\/p>\n

the orders prohibited from exercising.<\/strong><\/p>\n

not permissible<\/strong><\/p>\n

Because the principal is the sanctity of<\/strong><\/p>\n

the human body and not to attack it.<\/strong><\/p>\n

So, there is a prohibition on the practice of this habit<\/strong><\/p>\n

Of course, the first point is<\/strong><\/p>\n

to deny that it is a legal ruling.<\/strong><\/p>\n

And the second point,<\/strong><\/p>\n

Its denial of the ruling to allow it.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Because it is injustice and aggression on the human body.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yes, so the ruling of circumcision<\/strong><\/p>\n

is prohibited in the Islamic religion.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is a legislator from outside the Qur’anic circle<\/strong><\/p>\n

And the Islamic nation<\/strong><\/p>\n

must stop this practice.<\/strong><\/p>\n

And not to follow the Jews<\/strong><\/p>\n

and some primitive African tribes.<\/strong><\/p>\n
